We are here to support you every step of the way, understanding that progress is gradual and committed to helping you navigate your unique journey.

  • Founder/Team Therapist

I work with individuals ages 6 to 106, using a warm, conversational approach tailored to each person’s unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, along with mindfulness techniques to promote present-moment awareness and emotional balance. My eclectic style allows me to draw from various methods to best support growth, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, attention challenges, or simply feeling stuck. I specialize in working with creative individuals, those healing from spiritual wounds, and people seeking clarity during uncertain times. Therapy with me is a safe, collaborative space where you’ll feel heard, supported, and empowered to build on your strengths and create lasting change.

  • Team Therapist

I work with individuals of all ages, from children to older adults, providing empathetic support and practical strategies to help navigate anxiety, depression, anger, chronic illness, job stress, and everyday overwhelm. I believe that a strong, trusting relationship between counselor and client is essential for meaningful progress. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help challenge negative thought patterns—knowing that up to 75% of our thoughts can be negative—and guide clients in developing healthier, more supportive thinking. I also integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), offering structured sessions focused on mindfulness, emotional regulation, and tools to manage life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

  • Administrative Assistant

When you visit our office, you’ll be greeted by our friendly and helpful administrative assistant, who keeps everything running smoothly and ensures you feel welcomed and cared for from the moment you arrive. They’re always happy to assist with scheduling, answer any questions you may have, and help make your experience as comfortable as possible. You may also meet Sophie, our gentle and lovable therapy dog, who brings a calming presence to the space. Whether she’s offering a quiet cuddle or simply lounging nearby, Sophie has a special way of helping clients feel at ease and supported during their sessions.

  • We work with individuals of all ages and specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, attention deficit, career counseling, life adjustments, boundary setting, self-esteem, self-discovery, and more. Our approach includes evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps identify and change negative thought patterns, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which focuses on emotional regulation and mindfulness skills. We also incorporate other perspective-shifting therapies to help you navigate challenges, improve your well-being, and achieve your personal goals.

  • We take a personalized and compassionate approach to treatment, tailoring our methods to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Our team utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and family systems therapy, to name a few. Through a collaborative process, we work together with clients to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and foster self-awareness. We create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Our goal is not only to address current challenges but also to equip clients with the tools for long-term success and well-being. We recognize that each therapist brings a unique approach, which is why we encourage an initial consultation to help you determine if a therapist’s style and personality align with your needs and preferences.

We Do Not Offer

  • While we don't handle custody or parental rights matters, or act as mediators between parents, there are therapy practices that specialize in these areas. They can be a great resource for support, especially when it comes to navigating disagreements or working toward healthy co-parenting.

  • While we don’t specialize in high-conflict marriage/partnership mediation or conflict resolution, there are therapists and practices that focus specifically on this kind of support. They can be incredibly helpful in navigating challenges, improving communication, and working toward healthier relationships
